Aperitivo “da Sola”, a pop-up wine bar open every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. through the end of the month. This one-woman show “da Sola” is led by Lindsey Reed, formerly at Satellite Wine Bar and Bell’s Restaurant in Los Alamos. Lindsey has a long history with Aperitivo’s owners, Andrea Girardello and Brian Dodero, dating back over a decade to their time working together at the Four Seasons The Biltmore. Lindsey “da Sola” concept focus on approachable, ethical wines featuring exciting varietals from Europe to our own backyard. The food menu will start small, offering a few salty bites to pair with your vino.
